The Ladies Auxiliary was established in 1973. The purpose
of the Ladies Auxiliary is to provide funding to support the operation and
maintenance of the Riverport & District Community
Centre. They cater
to dinners for many of the organizations in the area; they put on coffee
parties & bake sales, and cater to private parties, movie production
assistance, weddings, etc. The
Ladies Auxiliary will also cater to private events held in other locations
besides the Community Centre. The Executive consists of:
President: Jane Durnford
Vice Pres: Sue Robinson
Secretary: Sharon Wentzell
Treasurer: Ellen Gordon
Kitchen Manager: JoAnn Creaser
The Ladies Auxiliary meet at the Community Centre the 3rd Tuesday of every
month at 9:30 am.
